This Carbonated Water filling machine is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing gas containing beverage into bottles such as carbonated drink, cola, soft drinks ect.The machine is based on the introduction of foreign technology, combined with our years of manufacturing experience. The machine combines filling and capping, with scientific and rational design, beautiful shape. It is Easy in maintenance, with high automation. It is a automatic filling & capping machine.With high precision mechanical filling valves,our filling machine stops vacuum when there are no bottles. This machine is equipped with external mechanical valve,inside which there is no spring or sealing element. It makes use of combined transmission by open gear and gearbox,and adopts frequency conversion stepless speed control,extending the speed modulating scope. It has an automatic lubricating device so that the lubrication points can be automatically lubricated regularly in time.Also,our beer filling machine has high transmission efficiency,low noise and long life. In case of the blowout due to poor quality of the bottles during gas or beer filling,the filling valve will automatically close and the auto-cleaning device will work to treat the broken bottles.The sealer has the function of automatic reloading,which helps lower the bottle breakage.The movement of the beer bottle and capping heads is driven by electricity in order to fit bottles of different sizes.
