 Product Introduction 

This DCGF Carbonated beverage wash-filling-sealing 3-in-1filling machine used to produce PET bottled carbonated 

beverages (soda) production.  
1. Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.
2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment 

level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough..
3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
4. The cylinder drive the valve the movements is accurate and reliable. High-throughput, high-precision filling valve, 

filling fast and accurate. Equipped the CIP loop and control procedures, the equipment is easy to clean.
5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
6. Using the programmable controller as control centers; using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic measurement to maintain the balance of liquid surface so as to ensure the stability of liquid.
7. New designing filling valve, return gas and filling liquid are separate to ensure the filling materials is clean.
8. The machine adopt advanced magnetic clutch screw lid and the torsion torque is adjustable, so screwing is safe and reliable.

 Technical Features 

The machine could be separated to 3 modules.The height of the bottle-out conveyor is adjustable.Bottles are conveyed to rinser,filler and capper through starwheel and conveyed out finally through bottle-out conveyor.Equip alarm device for bottle block,bottle absence,cap absence and overload.The machine meets the national food hygienic standard,with high automatic and easy to operate.

Technical features:

Adopt technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infeed starwheel and neck handling technology to convey bottles.High speed filling line adopts bottle gripper conveying technology.It is free to changer over bottle size and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.

By 3-in-1 monoblock,the bottle goes through rinsing,filling and capping with little abrasion,and the transferring is stable,bottle changing is easier.Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck,avoiding the second contamination.Pressure liquid carousel.High speed line adopts annular liquid carousel.High speed and mass flow filling valve enssures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic.The electric system is from international brand and achieves the national food hygienic standard.The bottle-out starwheel is helical structure.While changing over bottle size,it is no need to adjust bottle-out conveyor height.
