1, How long do you need to finish each project:

A: for rack structure it will take us about 25 days

     For shuttle cart it will take us about 40days 

2, What is your standard colour, do you do customized colours?

A: our standard colour is within RAL system: orange, blue, yellow and grey.

    For customized colours, please advise RAL choice

3, Where are you located?

A: we are located in Dongguan city, close to Shenzhen port

4, What is your package standard?

A: Usually all of components will be carried into containers manually

     so one container will bring much more cargoes.

     We can do wood pallet package for each items if needed, but extra cost will be charged.

5, Can you send installation team overseas?

A: No, but we can send one engineer to do trainning overseas.

     Actually we can provide some video and installation drawing

6, What else can you do?
