1.PVD coating is a plasma coating deposition technology which the materials are vaporized under vacuum conditions ,so as to avoid the reaction between the vaporized material and air.  PVD coating is used to add new features as improve the workpieces' hardness,wear resisitance,corrosion resisitance ect.

Cathodic arc deposition ( Arc-PVD ) machine is used for coating anti-abrasive films (such as TiN, TiC and TiALN), anti-corrosive films (such as Cr, TiN), decorative films (gold-imitation TiN) such as watchcase, little hardware and ceramic decoration.

 

 

 

 

 

4.The ceramic tile coating system is equip with touch screen and PLC control, computerized automatic gear-shifting vacuum gauge, mass flow controller, contravariant bias power, contravariant arc power, installed heating tubes, PID temperature control device. It becomes a key equipment in the decoration industry widely used for plating various materials, such as TiN, Tic, CrN, Ti, Ni, Cr, Cu, Au, and Ag etc.

 

5. The coating target material: titanium nitride, titanium carbide, zirconium nitride, chromium nitride and titanium, nickel, chromium, copper, and other compounds film, multi-layer super-hard film, etc.
