Magnesium oxide is a natural fireproof material, so the highly purified magnesium oxide is used as the main fireproof material,

fly ash and plant fiber as filling materials, the high quality MgC12 as the main cementing material to solidify other materials.

1. what is mgo wall panel

mgo wall panel is made magnesium oxide wall panel,which is a non-combustible material. Similar products with AAC, EPS and concrete wall panel.More details,please check attached catalog.

2. what the specific

length: 2400-3500mm, width:600mm, thickness: 75/90/100/120/150/200mm. Customized size available

3. how to install onekin wall panel

this is our wall panel installation video.

4. what is the weight of wall panel and one contaner loading

Onekin wall panel is a lightweight, the weight of 100mm thickness is 45kg/m2, loading for 40HQ is 352 pcs.

5. i want to use it for floor

onekin wall panel is non-bearing, not siggest to use for floor. for 2 floor house, if use Onekin wall panel as floor, at leat need 100mm wall panel + 8mm reinforced-concrete structure.

6. Can you produce 7m length

May i know what aew you going to use the wall panel for? 7m is too longth, currently and max length we can do is 3.5m, you can use splicing installation, by connect two panels. 7m panel is too long and too heavy, not easy for installation and transportation.

7. Does your panel heat insulaion?

Our panel has lower thernal conductivity 0.1739w/mk, can make the room warm in winter and cool in summer. But our panel is not insulate panel for cold room use.

8. Does it waterproof?

yes, onekin wall panel is water resistant. This is our soak testing video. We have some projects in high humidity area and near the sea. please check attached pics. Does your project in rainy area?  if so, we'd like to suggest you to use waterroof coating, which can better protect the wall panel.

9. do you have ** certificate?

Sorry, we don have such certificate. the certificate we hae i've sent to you. This certificate is required by your goverment? We can arrange such test for you, but the test fee need u to pay in advance. i'll refund you gradually according to your later orders.
