1.Machine introduction:
P Series Reel Wrapper is a machine designed for packing rolls of paper, film, dipped tire cord fabric and similar materials manufactured in reels. It is ideal for reel axial wrapping across the cylindric diameter then
along the longitudinal axis .
This packing method can form a cocoon type packing. It is completely Moisture Water & Dust proof packing and protects the products.

3.Material usage:(can use small stretch film.width in 200mm)
Machine is using a standard type of stretch film packaging material for creating a hard to tear,resistance,waterproof cover over the baggage.The film is recyclable.Specification:width:500mm,thickness:20-25 microns,length:1500meters,weight: max:16kg,stretchable,one side sticky,transparent or colored.

Warranty and after-sales service
1. Warranty
(1) we guaranteed that the equipment is brand new and unused;
(2) Warranty period: 12 months after the shipment.
2.After-sale service:
(1) The warranty is 12 months from signing date of the inspection report. If the inspection is unavailable because of customer, the warranty period is 12 months since the receiving date of the equipment.
(2) Under warranty:
If defects or damages occur during operation, we shall provide service support (repair data) and free spare parts (excluding freight). If the defects are caused by misuse or external factors, we shall provide service and spare parts against compensation.
3.After warranty:
We will provide paid service and spare parts.
Packaging & Shipping
1.all the machine before shipping should pass the inspect the test by assemble&debugging engineer, after the tested video and picture approved by customer, then machine will packing by bubble film or standard wooden case.(wooden case need charge)
2.inner packaging is film wrapping,outer packaging is wood box for free fumigation,the packaging size is according to the machine you ordered.
