Self Adhensive PU Egg Shell Foam Used For Sound Insulation

Egg shell foam use polyurethane foam as materials, after special treatment by equipment to the formation of concave and convex side of the wave shape, formed by the complex process of silencing foam, sound absorption, sound insulation, shock absorption foam material . The internal filled with small voids and semi- openings structured .

And the egg shell foam has the special concave-convex body and honeycomb curved surface structure.The hon-eycomb shape and hole opened curved surface of the materialcan cause the sound wave repeated feflec-tion weaken and reduce the noise.Surface of the material,can cause the sound wave repeated reflection weaken and reduce the noise transmission.Many kinds of functions,such as heat prevented,nose reduction and sound-absorpiton.

 1. Noise Reduction and Sound Insulation

Open cell structure egg shell foam sheets can ensure good sound-absorbing effect and provide you with a quiet environment.

2.Flame retardent

 Egg shell foam sheets has excellent fireproof performance. According to international GB/T17794-1999, our rubber sponge insulation board complies to Grade "B2" difficult-flammable material after testing.

3. Self adhesive  Polyurethane Foam Sheet

Solvent based glue is use as the adhesive agent, it has a good viscosity , and more friendly to our environment.  It can work for a long time in high temperature environment. The releasing paper is strong enough to make sure that you can take it off easily. After factory-applied self adhesive, the material will be more convient for installation, which will save more labor cost and greatly improve working efficiency.
