4. Is your slow juicer with BPA free?
ANS: BPA free material(PCTG) is optional available.
5. What sort of warranty you can offer?
ANS: * We can offer 1% free quick-wear parts with each order.
* 10 years warranty on AC induction motor, 1 years warranty on spare parts.
* On the other way, more spare parts are available to order extra.
6. How to get a sample to test before placing bulk order? How to pay? And, what is the lead-time
of the sample?
ANS: * If you need sample for testing, you just need to confirm all the details with us by email, then we will prepare a
sample cos PI for your final confirmation.
* The sample cost can be paid via T/T , Paypal or West Union.
* Usually, samples are newly-built by our sample department ,basically it takes 3-5 working days.
7. Terms of payment
ANS: * 30% deposit by T/T, balance at sight of copy B/L.
8. Lead-time for bulk order
ANS: Lead time of bulk order is bacisally 30-35 days after deposit received, and sample or related information confirmed by each other.
