CNC BUSBAR PUNCHING BENDING AND CUTTING MACHINE

 

 

The busbar machine is specal for manufacturing aluminum and copper busbars. The process of punching, bending and cutting can work together as well as some other functions such as embossing, twisting, flattening, pressing tie-in, etc.

Main Features:

1.  Adopt double column cutting, the cutting surface is smooth, no droop, no burr, no waste

2.  Rotary turret punch system with 6 dies, less replacing, high efficiency

3.  Double work table, three work positions can be used at the same time.

4.  Controlled by PLC, bending precision at ±1 degree and repeat degree at ±0.5 degree

5.  Manual button and foot switch are optional

6.  Bending angle digital input, with record and auto-save
