Working principle of JZC concrete mixer: 

 

There are two pairs of propellers arranged alternately inside the double cones drum compare 

with the mixer shaft in a certain angle,with this special design, concrete is well mixed in the 

process of operation.

 

 

Structure introduction:

 

1,Mixing mechanism consists of mixing drum, roller and drive system. 

The direction of rotation is changed by a pair of discharge blades inside the mixing tube with 

the power of electrical machine.The mixing drum is supported by four bearings and rotated by 

a reduction box with electrical machine by driving gear, therefor,it can work reliably in foggy 

and rainy time.

 

 

2,Feeding machine consists of feeding hopper, ladder, advancing track, floor track.

Lifting and climbing of hopper is motived by feeding clutch and rope drum drivened by 

the gear reduction box, the position of hopper is control by the cluth disengage from stopper

automatically.

 

 

 

3,Water supply system consists of motor, water pump, control valve and tube. 

After electrify,water is injected into mixing drum directly by pump,and the flow of water 

is controled by working time of pump with time breaker,User can adjust it according to 

specification by your need.

 

 

4,There are two tires installed in the chassis and drawbar for towing using.With adjustable 

height legs installed in the four corners of the chassis to improve the machine's stability at work.

 

 

JZC series concrete mixer including JZC 300,350,400,450,500,750 altogether 6 main models, 

among which, model JZC750 is stationary type, it can be used as single machine or combined 

with compounding machine to form simple concrete batch plants. Other models are all models 

are all moveable type.
