Product Structure
There are 2 layers in this TPU inflatable fabric
The first one is basic fabric. It’s 30D knitted fabric.
The bottom layer is TPU film. It makes the fabric to be airtight and waterproof. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
Application
This lightweight TPU laminated elastic fabric could be widly used in outdoor inflatable equipment and home textiles, such as inflating pillow, foam pillow, mattress, inflating mat, cushion, bed cover, bag lining...
The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU stretch fabric could be used in product is using PVC fabric.
Production Flow
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
