Fabric electric conductive yarn heating elements

 The Heating Fabric introduces the patented Conductive Metal Yarn (CMY) into the Fabric.

• The conductive yarn can be as fine as 0.27 mm in diameter.
• CMY can be easily customized in conductivity, strength, and thermal resistance in accordance to our customer's requirements.
• By feeding the CMY into our textile manufactring process, our CMY is perfectly integrated with the fabric. A flexible heating fabric is our end product.
• Amount of heat produced depends upon the environment temperature, heating area, input power, and CMY "pitch" (spacing between the CMY on the fabric). This is why our Heating Textile needs to be paired with an appropriate power source. Please ask us for support in this regard.   

We have included a sewing edge so that our product can be more easily integrated through sewing. The metal yarn can be coated with Teflon (FEP) or PU which allows the product to be waterproof. DC power is preferred.

LiTex is a spinoff company founded in 1999 from a traditional narrow fabrics manufacturing business that was founded in 1960 called Hen Hao Trading. Through special projects and contracts that we took on, we ventured into manufacturing for heavy industries that needed woven metal products. The skills and knowledge learned through these special projects helped us innovate new products and expand our product line.

CMY Technology for Heating

The CMY is made by essentially coiling micro thin metal foil over a traditional polymer yarn core  in a helical fashion to make a highly flexible conductive yarn.

Further enhancements in conductivity, strength, and thermal resistance can be made according to your needs. Utilizing our CMY technology, we can weave heating fabrics that has outstanding breathability and flexibility.

Our newest version of heating fabric even has stretchability for extra comfort and mobility. It can be used to help aleviate joint pain.
