1.What's the MOQ?

Answer: Our MOQ is 100 cartons(100,000 pieces) per model, depend on different size, the total quantity need to be about 900~1000 cartons(900,000~1,000,000 pieces, one 20 feet container). You can order 100 cartons(100,000 pieces), but in this case, the shipping charge will be very expensive. If you can LCL, that’s will be better.

2. Can you send me some samples?

Answer:Yes, we can send free samples without gas to buyer. Lighters with gas are hazardous article which can’t be shipped by air or express. Besides, the freight will be on the buyer’s own. We can pay back these charges after confirmation of order.

3.How about the quality?

Answer: All of our lighters resist to 55°C water temperature, and most of our lighters resist to 65°C. Our factory have ISO9994 certificate.

4.How about OEM and ODM?

Answer: We provide OEM and ODM service. Buyer can customize product. Printing and emboss logo are available. Buyer should provide design drawings or original samples if need OEM or ODM. If buyer need to custom new product, mould charge will be on buyer’s own. We can pay back the mould charge after confirmation of ten 20 feet containers or above.

5.Which country you exported to before?

Answer: We have a lot of customers, they are from Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, and Russia.

6.What’s the normal lead time?

Answer: We will deliver the goods in 30~35 workdays after receiving the deposit.

7.What’s the payment term?

Answer: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
