Automatic multi-spindle belt polishing machine, is remarkable for its performance and production on every kind of marble, granite, glass, tiles etc.

The motorized conveyor belt improves the working quality and allows the production of pieces continuously.

The guide positioned on motor side and the pressor bar guarantee, during working phase, a strong stability and an high level of finishing piece.

Its complete equipment allows it to perform all the finishing operations on the materials used in the building field, furnishings and monuments.

Automatic machines with 10 motor spindles for half bull-nose working, jolly, bevel and marble, granite, gres porcelain firing, agglomerate grinding.

ADVANTAGES OF MPC SYSTEM

All adjustments are facilitated by the use of hand wheels and they do not require the use of tools.

In a pump wet tile tool, continuous water supply is needed; therefore it has to be linked to a wellspring of plain water.

 

Structure
On an electro-welded steel structure with grinded support plane runs the synthetic conveyor belt with a guide that avoids the lateral displacement, driven by a motor reducer with an electronic speed control.

The material is transported by polyurethane rollers with stainless steel axes.

The structure has a material-support system with motorized anti-slip rollers.

All our machines are protected against corrosion through a modern treatment that follows different phases: sandblasting, metallization and painting

The painted covers are subject to cataphoresis treatment, cartes in stainless steel.

Profiling on bullnose of all materials with polishing process and removing mark

Perfect “veletta” working on steps and kitchen of any dimension

Working off lat edge on marble and granite, with upper and lower bevelling and, at the same time, execution of water drip for the realization of current and wall-covering

Shaping of the edge on different material, such as granite, marble etc

With the simple replacement of tools it is easy to realize some processes like “bull”, “half-bull”, “becco di civetta” and also some profiles on customer ‘s request, of any length and thickness till 4 centimeters

Open groove and polishing the groove for the tiles.
