Company Profile
1966, Xiangxi Instrument General Factory was established in Hongjiang Hunan;(trade- marked as”Xiangyi” , Brand name “ Cence”)
1972, China`s first Ultra Refrigerated Centrifuge(50000r/min) and first high-speed centrifuge (22000r/min) were successfully developed in Xiangyi .
1981 to 1989,GL-20A high-speed centrifuge was developed and put into mass production in cooperation with TOMY.
1987 to 1990, Xiangxi Instrument General Factory was relocated to Changsha and renamed Hunan Instrument General Factory
1990 to 1998,large capacity refrigerated centrifuge was put into mass production in cooperation with BECKMAN.
2001, Centrifuge branch factory under Hunan Instrument General Factory was restructured and converted into a joint-stock company ----Xiangyi Centrifuge and Instrument Co.,Ltd. located in Changsha High & New-tech Development Zone.
2003 , Xiangyi passed the SGS & ISO9001: 2008 international quality system certification.
2005, passed the TUV ISO13485: 2012 medical device quality system certification and CE product certification.
2005, unprecedentedly won a single bid for 256 sets of high-speed refrigerated centrifuges and 960 sets low-speed centrifuges .
2007,relocated to Xiangyi Industry Park in Wangcheng district of Hunan, and Xiangyi Laboratory Instrument Development Co.,Ltd.was established.
2010, one million RMB yuan was invested to build ERP and PDM Information Data Management System.
2011, a new generation of intelligent centrifuge was put into production(touch screen, automatic lock system)
2013,a new generation of driving system was introduced , (self-locking and easy installation )
2016, annual sales volume achieved more than 15 000 sets, and sales value more than 100 million RMB yuan. Xiangyi has become China's largest centrifuge production base.
2016,50 million RMB yuan was invested to build Xiangyi Industry Park, including newly-built 2nd workshop covering more than 20,000 square meters
2017, jointly developed with an aerospace institute for a specialized space –station centrifuge
2017, fully-automatic medical centrifuge was introduced to the market.
