Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality is our priority.Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from beginning to end of the production.Each product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packed.
Q: Can I get one sample before take place order?
A: Yes, we are honored to offer you sample for quality check. We usually need 2 or 3 weeks for preparing sample. But sample has to add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Generally, bike minimum order quantity is 100 sets/model, 50 sets/color. Some special models MOQ is 300 sets/model. Several really special models MOQ is 500 sets/ model or 1000 sets/model.
Q: Can we use our logo? And what about the color? Can we adjust the bike's derailleur or others?
A: Of course, we can produce bike with your own logo for the bike's sticker, and we can paint the colors as your require. Besides, we can adjust the bike's specification according to your demands.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: Usually, our payment is TT，30% as deposit and 70% will be paid against copy of Bill of Lading. Meanwhile, 30% advance payment by TT, 70% LC at sight is also OK.
Q: About the delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is around 40 days after receiving 30% deposit.
