Automatic egg roll machine is using an new generation egg roll machine ,which is adopt the latest Japanese technology ,its combined by one material mixer , one baking machine,two pumping machine , two filling machine and conveyor,the material should be agitating by the mixer, put the material into baking machine by the pumping machine , Use knife cut the soft part, the soft part put into roller(the equipment(the equipment with two level roller) then be bar shape , the bar's length as your requirement,in the end ,send into conveyor , the heating machine heated by gas ,the heating system is automatic , there is alarm after finished heating.the equipments all with controller(can be programme).the motor is controlled by the transducer , the sheeter's thickness can be adjust , the bar's diameter can be adjust by change bar rod . the bar rod's speed can be controlled by the transducer motor , the length of bar can be adjust by the light eye. the bar can be filling cream or other material. we offer the recipe with free.
