The innovative and patented SLJ-8S counting module is the result of extensive engineering and development . its slim and modular design allows for a variable number of counting modules to be placed into the SLJ-8S counting and filling system to meet the precise performance rerquirements and output,

 

Servo driven product dosing and vibratory plates provide fast and consistent product flow with very few settings. Six product separator flaps and two additional discharge flaps , all servo controlled , give the 6-channel counting module its unprecedented speed of up to 70 discharge per munite on a count of 100 products.

The SLJ-8S counting module is easy to clean and generally dose not require any change parts for different tablet or capsule size.

 

Because of its GPM-compliant and modular desgin ,removal of the product contact parts requires no tools ,no specific skills and should take no longer than 1 or 2 minutes to perform. All products contact parts are made from food and pharma grade materials and are suitable for autoclave claeaning . Optional cleaning trolleys can be used for convenient cleaning and storage of the product contact parts.
