Feature of concrete mixer

1. The tank body uses double helical blades that makes its density moderate, with symmetrical mixing board on the front taper place; double blades and guiding blades of discharge are installed on the outlet of tank, which makes the discharge more evenly, faster in speed, and convenient for the pumping transportation of other devices (such as automobile pump).

2.The tank body adopts the domestic first submerged arc welding technology which makes it more solid in strength and more beautiful in appearance. The linked parts of the tank body use bounded construction which can extend its service life. The seal head adopts German cold spinning technology that makes it sleek and fine in appearance. And six reinforcement plates are installed inside the seal head and can increase its wear resistance.

3.Low angle for mixing drum can extend the service life of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer. The sub frame uses high intensity square tube with damping in the central area that can play role when vehicle is at full load and under the bad conditions of road, which can lower the center of gravity of truck and make it move more smoothly.

4. The upload production of this mixer adopts multiple advanced technology, which can produce various types of mixer in volume such as 8CBM, 9CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM, 14CBM, 16CBM.
