Copper Ore Processing Plant has two stages, crushing stage and grinding stage. Crushing stage works 12 hours, and capacity is about 20.83tph, after crushing, the material is crushed from 400mm into 20mm. Then grinding stage, grinding capacity is about 13.02t/h, and works about 20 hours. Afther grinding, the granularity is 70% of 200 mesh. Finally, Au and Ag will be in the copper concentrate.

Raw material is fed into coarse crusher through vibrating feeder, after first crushing, then into fine crusher. After the material is crushed in the fine crusher, the material bigger than 20mm is transported back into fine crusher and recrushed, at the same time, the material smaller than 20mm gets into fine ore bin and then is transported into ball mill. After grinding, the grinded ore gets into spiral classifier, underflow will get back into the ball mill, and overflow gets into the process of one roughing three contentrating one scavenging flotation process. Flotation Concentrate will get into settling pond, and flotation tailings gets into settling pond, part of them will transport into tailngs pond. The water of tailing can recycle and reuse.
