Production Flow

  Step 1. Make a full scale clay model by confirmed drawings.

Step 2. Send finished model pictures with different angle to customer. Customer give suggestion to improve until model confirm.

Step 3.Cast the clay model to oulopholite molds or rubber molds.

Step 4. We will use traditional skill of sand casting and lost wax casting for sculptures.

Step 5. After cast out small pieces we will weld them together by final confirmed model photos.

Step 6. Patina color can be bronze finish,profeessional car painting or any color can be selected by customer.
