1. Can I visit iAURORA factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

Dear Friend, it is a great honor to invite you to visit iAURORA factory.
Our factory is based on Hangzhou City, zhejiang province, which is near the Hangzhou airport by 10 minutes. We can arrange our driver to pick you up in airport.

2. What is the payment term?
1) T/T 30% deposit in advance before production, the balance payment before shipment. Besides, L/C, alipay etc all for your selection.

3. How long does delivery take?

After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T)
- Sample order: within 10 days;
- Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);
- Official order: within 25 days (QTY>100pcs);
- 20FT container: 25-30 days;
- 40HQ container: 35-40days.

4. Can you arrange the shipping?

Of course, we have steady cooperated forwarder to arrange the shipping if you need. 

5. Is OEM acceptable?

6. Can your factory print our brand on the package?
