1. How soon can I get a price quote?

    For most of products that we currently have, photo quotation can be provided within 24 hours normally on workdays. For the products that you are looking for, once we have the infomation of the product specs, including dimension/s.s grade/bottom alu thickness, packing request, qty demand, we could also provide photo quotation within 2 days.

2. Could we engrave our own logo/private labels on products?

     Yes, we accept OEM. Cutomized logo can be laserd/carved/stamped on products.

3. Could you product based on our requirement and drawings?

     Yes, we have ODM team to make new mouldings for new product development.

4. Could you mix products in a container?

     Yes, we can do.

5. How about MOQ?

     FCL and LCL are both accepted. Normally MOQ is 1k.

6. Could we choose material based on different products?

     Yes, we have differernt kinds of stainless steel material for you to choose from.

7. Will your company attend to some exhibition to display your products?

     Yes, we attend to HK fair, Canton fair and some fairs abroad, pls kindly inquire us   for booth number for each fair thanks.

8. How about lead time?

    That is based on your quantity, in general, 45 days once deposit done.

9. Do you sell to sellers on Amazon?

     Yes, we do. We can ship directly to Amazon warehouse based on the detailed         address you provide. Some of our products are already best sellers on Amazon.

9.  Can I get a sample?

    Yes, on some stock items. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on customized actual needs will take some cost, and will include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. The sample making usually takes a week or so.
