The perform heating center distance is small, with fast heating speed, can save 40% comparing the normal heating system. The perform enter the heating tunnel, the neck points to up. Because there’ve high efficiency heating tunnel draft cooling system, the bottle neck an axis will not be heated heavily, even the thick perform or high efficiency products can be cooled eventually, avoid crystallization. To ensure the yield during the blowing, the heater places an important role of measuring the quality of machine. This machine heater structure adopts the most advanced international infared heating technique. The temperature control adopts automatic reveal, closed loop adjustment mode.

The Function Of The Auxiliary
1. High Pressure Air Compressure: The air in a free state is compressed into a clean and odorless high-pressure gas, and the preform is blown at a high speed, and the preform is formed into a bottle.
2. Low Pressure Air Compressure : Pre-blowing and low-pressure blowing, and blowing with high pressure to ensure one-time bottle forming rate.
3. Chiller: Rapidly cool the water, cool the mold of the blow molding machine, protect the mold of the blow molding machine, and simultaneously cool the product quickly, improve the product and quality.
4. Dryer : The main function is to filter out the oil, water, impurities and other wastes contained in the compressed air and work with the dryer.
