GMK Automatic brush adjustable vessel cleaning machine
G.M.K Automatic vessel cleaner is specially designed to save time and labor for vessel cleaning of all kinds of sealant chemical products. It is composed of chassis, transmission, lock, brush, swashing, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric control system, the working principle is that motor and decelerator drive main axis to rotate, main axis equipped with three groups of adjustable copper brushes, and pass pressure to copper brushes through three cylinders, to make copper brushes close to vessel wall to brush, meanwhile, cleanout fluid is sprayed to vessel by diaphragm pump regularly, to achieve the effect of brushing and swashing together, cleanout fluid can be recycled.
The working process of vessel cleaner is automatic control, machine instead of workers to brush and swash, thereby improve working efficiency greatly and reduce working intension, it is the cleaning equipment with reasonable structure, easy operation and good use effect.
