   A: It depends on if we have stock and qty. 

1. Q: How do you organize the shipment ?

 A: We can ship by airway, seaway or Air Express.

         If order qty is small such as 1-5 pcs of membrane we ship by air express. 

         If order is large  in volume, we can ship by seaway  so as to reduce freight   cost for you. 

        If you need order urgently, we can also ship by air or air express by your   request. 

1. Q: Do you have any aftersale service?

 A: For normal products, we offer 1 year's warranty period under the conditon of   user's correct operation. For products with special price, we are not committed  to quality warranty. 

         We provide on line/video technical support or on site guidance(if necessary).
