Description
Product Name: Iron-based Amorphous Ribbon
Performance characteristics:
With high saturated magnetic flux density, the product has high permeability, low coercivity, low loss (equivalent to 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 5of silicon steel), constant magneto conductivity, low exciting current and good temperature stability and aging stabilityat the same time.
Applications:
The product is mainly used to replace silicon steel sheet and used in many ways, such as: different power of frequency distribution transformers, power factor correction inductors, small transformers, high-power rectangular iron core, the output energy storage filter inductors, saturable reactor, anti-jamming filter inductorand IF transformer iron core. The working frequency range of the product is from 50Hz to 10kHz. When it is used as the iron core materials of a high-power switching power reactor , the using frequencies of the product can be up to 50kHz.
