FRP pipe winding machine: 

 

It is used to produce both fiberglass pipe and tank or vessel,and membrane housing.

 

We have different models to fit different cutomer's need,pipr diameter from 20-4500mm,our machine all can produce.

Raw materials:

Resin Polyester resin, or vinyl ester resin

With reinforcement yarn E-Glass or ECR Roving

The whole set of equipment includes:

 

1. The resin transportation system

 

2..The making lining machine,this is the first step to produce pipe.

 

 

3.The winding machine,after making lining,it begin to winding the pipe with winding roving and resin.

 

4.The curing station,after finishing the winding process,the pipe will be put here to curing.

 

5.The trimming station,it need to make groove and cutting here

 

 

6.The demoulding machine,this is the last step to make the machine,make the pipe demoulded from the mould by this machine.

 

 

This production line is characterized by the high precision of winding line, high productivity, low energy-consuming, easy installation, adjustment and maintenance.
