Product Description


SUNNY internal gear pump is based on the principle of internal gear engagement. One side of the internal and external gear pitch circle is separated by the "crescent plate" on the pump cover. The inner gear on the main shaft drives the outer gear to rotate in the same direction. At the inlet, the gears are separated from each other to form negative pressure. At the outlet, the gears are continuously embedded and meshed to output. Its basic structure is: the front cover pump body rear cover gear shaft inner ring gear bearing front and rear side plate positioning rod crescent auxiliary plate crescent main plate plastic rod composed of radial compensation function.
