RAY Vibro Ripper is composed mainly of casing, motor and two eccentric gears mounted in the wheels that rotate synchronously at the opposite directions through two mutually-engaged gears, from which the wheels generate the centrifugal force. The Vibro ripper works by way of the centrifugal force F incurred by the rotation of the eccentric gear in the vibration casing driven by the hydraulic motor under the hydraulic energy of the excavator.
