 The new design LEESUN safety chucks provide speed, accuracy, simple, safety and effective connecting device for continuous motion shaft (air shaft), to avoid winding shaft from loosening or tightening during operation which to improve working efficiency and product quality. It has  slip type safety chuck and has several bayonet coupling options to match different air shafts, allowed to scroll in the process of the machine is running for axial adjustment, adjustment can be done automatically by the handwheel or institutions, the axial positioning device ensure the security of the scrolls, accurately convey the torque.

Installation notes:"LEESUN" brand safety chuck has ensured the process accuracy at the extend allowed range when it is at the time of manufacture,but it's nonconcentricity should be less than 0.3^o,when it is installed with air shaft,then it can ensure less wear between air shaft and the mouth of the chuck to extend service life.If the error is too large to cause the vibration of rack and machine,please pay special attention!
