This tread winding machine is used for winding the tread on the tire building drum automatically, and the tread is directly extruded from the extruder.

This machine makes the tire building work easily with high work efficiency and greatly improve the quality of the tire. It presses the air between the tread by its pressing device to avoid the air bubble of the tread. It can save much manpower and guarantee the security of the operator. 

This machine is much suitable for the OTR/AGR radial tire production.
