Specification

This fixed wall mount bracket is designed for most 14-32 inch flat-panel TVs weighing up to 40KG (88lbs). VESA compliant for simple installation, supports TV with mounting hole patterns up 200*200 mm. The steel construction offers strength and durability. Manufacturing Flow

 

   ^Good working flow is essential for TV mounts. The general manufacturing is begin with the raw materials, we always use power press(stamping machine), press brake and shearing machine to do the initial punching, bending and shearing process.         During this step, lots of moulds are used. Then comes to the dust-clean, at this very step, the dirt and some rust are removed throughly, then somes to the surface treating process, always is powder coating.    After this step, the TV mount bracket parts is done, then is assembling and packing, all kinds of screws and plastic parts are joining in. When all this ready, the loading and shipping process comes afterwards. It seems really easy to do a TV bracket, but lots of employees and machine are taken into account. One of the most important is the Quality Control team, in order to make our products all in the best shape, the QC check-up is no joke, and we are not shame to say, when the quality is not approved, the remanufacturing is happen, although it will cause waste of raw metal, but quality is the root of our factory.
