Remarks:  All Led is fit for 190 degree Reflow Soldering. If you need the led for 260 degree reflow                       soldering ,please point out to us. We will select the silicon lens for your LED.


 


PCB: We can solder the Led onto the PCB as your requirement. We can also solder your OEM PCB             free of charges


Warranty:  All Led with 5 years warranty. If any led is out of work in 5 years, we will replace them by                     new led through our International DHL Account


USER CAUTION:


* IFP Conditions: Pulse Width≤10msec duty≤1/10


* All high power emitter LED products mounted on aluminum metal-core printed circuit board, can be lighted


directly, but we do not recommend lighting the high power products for more than 5 seconds without a


appropriate heat dissipation equipment.


* Re-flow,wave peak and soak-stannum soldering etc.is not suitable for this products.


* Suggest to solder it by professional high power LED soldering machine.can’t solder it by reflow soldering


machine.


* Can use invariable-temperature searing-iron with soldering condition:≤260 degree less than 3 seconds.


 


We can also help our client to solder the high power led onto the mcpcb / aluminum pcb.

We have large quantities in Stock for normal color,Normal size ,for special color and products sizes it need to 3-5 days to customize.50K units is available for most of our models in normal color and sizes


 


3. Shipment will be over sea or by air ?


Generally speaking ,we ship the products by DHL UPS FEDEX express since the products isn't too heavy for the transportation.


 


4. Could you please send me the sample ? Then i could see and analyze its quality?


Yes. We can send samples first, samples need to be charged if the value is higher.
