Product Description   

 

Akyl Polyglucoside (APG) is a non - ionic surfactant made from recycling plant materials, which is natural, mild andgreen. Compared with petrochemicals, it’s sustainable and can be called a new generation worldwide green surfactant after soap, LAS, AEO and AES. APG features low surface tension, good detergency, good solubility, high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, high concentration electrolyte solution resistance, good thickening effect, good compatibility with all kinds of ionic and non - ionic surfactants, good tenderness modification effect, good foamability with rich, fine and stable foam, and good compatibility with the skin, no toxicity, no stimulation and fast and complete biodegradation.

Applications

 

APG 0810 can soften skin and is non - stimulus to eyes, which is widely used for personal care and household detergents like shampoos, bath lotions, facial cleansers, liquid soaps, etc.;

APG 0810 has good solubility, permeability and compatibility in strong acid, alkali and electrolyte solution, and can be used for household cleaning, industrial hard surface cleaning, textile refining agents (high temperature and strong alkali resistant) and oil exploitation foaming agents due to the features of no corrosion, no mark after laundry and no stress crack;
As a green surfactant, APG PC 0810 is a good foaming agent for bubbles.

 

APG 1214 can soften skin and has moderate performance, little stimulation and good biological compatibility, which can be suitable for personal care and household detergent and used as shampoos, liquid soaps, facial cleansers, bath lotions, soaps, laundry detergents and liquid detergents, especially as baby detergents.
Due to the features of no rinse and mark, APG 1214 can be used in the fields of dish detergents, hard surface cleaning, etc.

 

 

Instructions

 

At low temperature, the reason why some solid contents separated out from APG becomes turbid is because of monoside and high PH value. Such turbidity has no negative effect on product performance and will disappear after the PH value is reduced down to 7-9. APG with different PH values can be customized according to customers’ special requirements.
