Q2. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for cabinet order?

A: Low MOQ, 1set for sample checking is available

Q4. What about the lead time?

A:Color sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 35-45 days for the first container, and one week one more container.

Q5. How to proceed an order for kitchen cabinet?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the all details and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the package box?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A:Any unfixable quality problems caused by factory, we will responsible for them, like door crakes ,miss panels, wrong size etc, we will remake it without any terms, if time is enough, hope clients can ship them together with next container, if really need it very urgent we will pay the freight .

Q8: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
