Step 1: Raw Material Testing: All raw material must be 100% tested before entering the warehousing which including paper,accessories etc.

Step 2: Paper Cutting: The paper must be die cut by worker according to the requirement of production before printing.

Step 3: Printing : All paper notebooks are printed by machines which you can choice CMYK or PANTONE color.

Step 4: Surface Finish : All printing paper will be glossy lamination ,matt lamination, hot stamping, UV , glitter , flocking according the coustomer's requirement.

Step 5: Die Cut Products: And then it will be die cut all kinds of shape, such as rectangle , square , heart shape , special shape etc.

Step 6: Producting : At first the sound module or music IC chip of notebooks will be done and tested.

                                Then the works will make them into all kinds of notebooks which are music notebooks and recordalbe paper notebooks according to designs.

Step 7: Checking Of Finished Products: QC will check the paper notebook one by one to ensure all good.

Step 8: Packaging : Usually the notebook packing is 1pc/polybag, then put it into master carton(B/B WAVE PAPER) to protect the products during the transport.
