How to care ?

1) wash your hair clean and dry it completely before applying the weave.

2) When washing, use gently running water, lightly rub hair and scaip.

3) To maintain curly hair or wet look, lightly apply gel mouses,or oil sheen,oil sheen isn’t recommended for bonded hair, oil may cause weave to ship out.

4) when combing, always comb bottom of hair first and work your way up to the root.

5) when removing, please always consult your professional beautician.

6) for curly hair, do not brush when it is dry.

7) use large toothed comb or your fingers while hair is wet!

Q1.How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A. Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.

 

Q2.Can they be straightened and curled?A. Sure. You can straighten hairs or make it in curly weaves .However, do not do it too frequently, otherwise the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q3. Can I dye/color/bleach the hair?A. Yes. The hair could be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the virgin hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use good quality products and test a small sample first.

 

Q4. Why are my hairs getting tangled?A. It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair every 3-4days, Using a soft brush or wide tooth brush, start at the bottom and work your way up slowly. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions

 

Q5.Why the virgin hair will be in different Color?A. Because the virgin hair are just cut from the donors, different people the hair come out in different colors, some will be darker or lighter, when the bundles come in a combination will have this problem, it is for normal phenomenon.

 

Q6.why is the virgin hair dry and split at the end?A. because virgin hair is natural, no any chemical treatment, when the hair grow it become dry and split at the end, but it doesn't look well, and we will cut the end for you before shipping to you 

 

Q7. How long does it last?

A. This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. 

Q8. Is there any Customs tax ? 

A.Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries, there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
