Sintered Metal Fiber Felt
is a new functional hand hi-tech product.It not only has the intrinsic merits of metal,
such as electric and heat conductivity,high strength and resistance to corrosion and high temperature,
but also possesses the flexibility and spinnability of synthetic fiber.
The metallic fiber felt is produced through non-woven lapping,laminating and high temperature sintering technique.
The multi-layer metallic fiber felt which has pore diameter grades formed by layers of different pore size can achieve higher filtering accuracy and larger dirty collection capacity than single-layer felt.
It's not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature,but also can be welded,folded and reused,and is suitable for the application in a high temperature,differential pressure and corrosion conditions with an ideal filtering efficiency.

2.Thickness:0.30-0.65mm(1mm with protected mesh)
3.Size:500*1000mm,600*1200mm,1000*1000mm,etc
4.Materials:SUS 316L 304 or Pure nickel Fiber
5.Could Add Protected Mesh on both side.

1.Polyester melt filtering in Chemical and Membrane Industry
2.High temperature filtration and corrosion liquid filtration in Petroleum industry
