Brief introduction:
Vacuum furnace / oven is a professional heat treatment furnace with high purity Sic as heating element, which is used in low vacuum environment. In the metal shiled or ceramic fiber furnace chamber equips with high vacuum pump systems. Vacuum degree can up to 10/7*10-3 Pa. The furnace chamber is alumina refractory fiber or metal shiled for excellent thermal insulation, vacuum reservoir wither cooling system. The Vacuum furnace / oven has the advantages of novel structure and convenient operation.
Features:
1. Working temperature:1200oC/1400 oC/1700 oC
2. Completely eliminates the oxidation and decarburization during the process of heating, clean surface without metamorphic layer can be obtained.
3. environment pollution-free, "three wastes" treatment is not required
4. Obviously improve the temperature measurement and monitoring precision
5. Stainless Steel structure with water chiller. Lower temperature in outside case.
6. 30 segment intelligent PID temperature controller system.
7. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
