Q: Can the Mould be changed? How long does it take and how is the cost of Moulding.
A: The Mould is fixed, but we welcome OEM orders, tooling cost around $8000-$10,000 and about 45days for moding.
Q: Can you provide LOGO branding? Labeling? Is there any MOQ for those requests?
A: Yes, LOGO Brading and Labeling are welcome.
If order up to 100pcs or amount $1000 above, Labeling will be Free; If order up to 200pcs or amount $2000 above, one color LOGO branding will be Free; If the amount can exceed $5000, LOGO Branding will be Free.
Q: How can you guaranty your products? And what’s the procedure for handling those defected goods which are returned by the customer? Do you have a special policy for shipping cost of return?
A: We will do a 100% inspection before the shipment. If the defects exist, the customer can firstly take the shipping cost of return by Post Air Mail and send the sample of lot size by Express Courier for analysis. (Lot Size by Express courier)
If it approves 100% faulty without any artificial damage, we can replace the new one and undertake half of shipping freight within 12 months since the original purchase date. Freight of return will be on the customer’s account if the purchase time exceeds one year.
If it shows the product is used in an incorrect way or damaged by people factor,we will not take the cost of freight but we can provide the maintenance for free.
