1.Where is your factory located?

 

Our factory is located in Longjiang town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, it takes about 1.5 hours by car from GZ.  If you come to visit our factory by Metro to Foshan, please get off at Qiandenghu station.

 

 

 

2. Do you provide samples?

 

Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee,if you place the bulk order we will refund the sample fee to you, while the sample freight should be collected by your side.

 

 

 

3. How can I know the completion of my order?

 

40% deposit payment---start production---Take photos for  you to confirm ---check the logistic---book shipment---inform customer ETD&ETA---load container---balance payment---send documents

 

 

 

4. How long for the delivery time ?

 

Normally it will be takes about 10-25 days .according to type of product and quantity your order. For example, the lead time for 500pcs chiavari chairs/hotel banquet chairs/plastic chair is about 15 days.

 

 

 

5. How long will my hotel chair be warranty ?

 

We have 3 years warranty for our goods under the proper use.

 

If possible, when loading we will prepare some oil painting in the container.if your chair scratches in future ,you can repair it easily.
