1. How to make calculation for gate length and price?
A: As quotation of automatic sliding gate is calculated by full-gate-length and each model of door is with different folding ratio, so you should provide us with full-gate-length (gate folded length + open clear length) or open-clear-length according to which and the model we will calculate exact full-gate-length to offer a detailed quotation.
Note: The following drawing helps us understand Open-Clear-Length, Gate-Folded-Length and Gate-Length.

2. If power failure or special case happened, manual control is necessary, how to do?
A: We provide every of automatic sliding gate with a clutch key, in case of power failure or some special situation, the clutch key can rotate clutch of the gate, and then the gate can be controlled for opening or closing manually.


3. How to maintain and protect automatic gate?
A: In order to assure the smoothly working of the gate, please clear away the waste or garbage around and lubricate the oil on chains often. Also, the wire connection and battery of remote control should be also checked. What is more, normally for each 3 years, advanced lubricating oil should be changed for gate motor.


4. We don’t find Anti-Climb Alarm and Caution Light along with the gate?
A: As these two parts are optional tiems, so you can choose it or not up to your liking, and we will mount them for you if you ordered.
