Description:
KS-200 which is a three-dimensional polymer microsphere connected by silicon-oxygen bond, is a silicone plymer resin powder. When it is added to resins of different materials, it will evenly disperse in the matrix with a kind of fine transparent glass sphere, through folding with different substrates. The difference of emissivity, the light source through the type of refraction, change the path of light, to achieve uniform and transparent purposes. Meanwhile it meets the demand of haze and transmittance and emit soft and beautiful light. KS-200 mainly applied to PVC, PC, PMMA ,PET transparent resin,PC led light diffuser and color masterbatch and so on.

5. Low light loss and high light diffusion efficiency can fully meet the requirements of higher brightness and energy saving of LED lighting, packaging, light diffusion film, etc;
6.In transparent materials such as PC, pet, PMMA, PS and PVC, 0.5-1% of the additive amount can reach more than 86% of the light transmittance and more than 90% of the haze.

It is applied to PC, PMMA, PS, ABS, PVC Lampshade, lamp tube, hose and light diffusion plate, LED luminous resin, electronic display board, digital tube, lattice, lamp box advertising board, luminous character, cosmetic bottle, etc
Usage Method:
It is well dispersed in resin (PC, PET, PMMA, PS, PVC) and can be added directly; the master batch / coating solution was prepared in advance has better disperson.
