Functional description
1. The machine adopts compressed air control drive, so it is especially suitable for use in the environment with explosion-proof requirements and humidity, with high safety;
2. As pneumatic control and mechanical positioning are adopted, the filling precision is high, which can be controlled within ±0.5%;
3. Screw rod and counter are adopted to adjust the filling volume accurately, which can be directly reflected in digital form;
4. The five-way valve can be used for both paste and liquid, and is made of SS 304 stainless steel, with no dead Angle inside the five-way valve and easy to clean;
5. The whole machine is 304 stainless steel, the contact part of materials are made of 304/316 stainless steel, in line with GMP requirements;
6.The filling head is equipped with anti-drawing and anti-drip device. The external filling mouth is optional;
7.Fast filling speed, can fill back and forth 30 times per minute, taking 500 ml water as an example, the filling accuracy is ±0.5%.
