Application

 It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings.

Working Principle

A. When the wet pan mill run properly then start to feed the raw material into the grinding pan.

B. The wet pan mill is prohibited to start work with raw material inside. When the machine break down then start again, it must clean the residual ore in the middle of grinding pan and then start the machine. 

C. Uniform feeding, shall not be more and less, it will be better to use the feeding machine. 

D. Bearing parts must often add butter. The reducer or rear bridge need to check if lack of gear oil regularly.

E. Often check it the screw is loose.

F. If found the bearing is damage, pls change it timely just in case the eccentric shaft damage other components. 

G. When the machine is on work, pls pay attention to the reducer and bearing part, to find if it has some   abnormal noise, whether high temperature or high motor current accurs. It have the above situation, pls stop the machine immediately. 

H. When repair the machine, in order to ensure safety, pls remove the motor belt.
