• BY SEA (port to port): cheapest, volume unlimited but long sailing time, suits for bulk cargo and not urgent cargo.


• BY AIR (airport to airport): fast, but expensive and volume restricted, suits for small valuable cargo and urgent cargo


• BY EXPRESS (door to door): fast and easiest, wide-area coverage but expensive and volume & weight restricted, suits for small cargo and urgent, especially for sample.


• BY RAILWAY: big volume, more expensive than by sea, tracking a little difficult, sometimes may delay, suit for big volume cargo in Central Asia.

1. How to place an order and get the peoducts ?

a. Inquiry---The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can provide for you!  Please provide the specification as detailed as possible and kindly inform us the quantity.

 

b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.

 

c. Printing file---PDF or Ai Format.  The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

 

d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount.

 

e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 10 days after the mould is ready.

 

f. Payment terms---T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.

 

g. Production---Mass production,shipping marks are needed after production.

 

h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier. 

 

2. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen ?

Yes, we have develpment department,and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.

 

3. Is the sample free ?

Yes. New customers need to pay the delivery expense and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed. 

 

4. What terms of payment you use ?
L/C,T/T, Western Union.
