Scrap Metal Melting Furnace are made for casting, reclaiming, alloying, and refining gold,

silver and other metals with similar or lesser melting temperatures. Equipped with electronic

temperature controls with digital displays, these melters can reach a maximum temperature

of 2102F (1150 C). The digital temperature control will prevent overshoot and protect the

heating element from overheating.  Tongs are provided to easily remove crucible.

Gold bar melting Operating Process as follows

Step 1 Put gold bar into the crucible.

Step2 Heat up the furnace with 15 minutes

Step3. Take out the Melting crucible from the furnace,then put it on tray.

Step4.Pour slowly the gold liquid from the crucible.

Step5.Wait the liquid cooling in the mould within several seconds.

The furnace has two on/off switches: the GREEN switch turns on the temperature thermostat

allowing you to set the desired melting temperature.

 

The RED switch turns on the heating element to start the melting process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The thermostat has two digital read-outs: the bottom readout (SV) displays the setting you

enter into the furnace. The top read-out (PV) displays the actual temperature inside the

crucible during operation.
