Fiberglass pipe has the advantages of light weight, high stiffness and low cost, each production length can reach 12 meters, fewer pipe joints, service life can reach more than 50 years, non-toxic and tasteless, and can directly transport drinking water. It can be fully applied to ship, municipal drainage, fire protection, water conservancy engineering, petrochemical, electric power and other industries of water transfer and circulating water projects.

Two kinds of pipes: GRP filament winding pipes and GRP sand pipes.

Specifications of GRP filament winding pipes:

1. Diameter: 25mm~4,000mm.

2. Length: 6m/12m per pipe.

3. Pressure: Middle and low, 0.6MPa~2.5MPa. High pressure: 5.5MPa~24MPa.

4. The pipes meet the standard JC552, as for export, the standard KSM3333 and  ASTMD2996 

is adopted.

Specifications of GRP sand pipes:

1. Diameter: 300mm~4,000mm.

2. Length: 6m/12m per pipe.

3. Pressure class: 0.1MPa, o.6MPa , 1.0MPa , 1.6MPa 

4. Stiffness: 2,500 Pa, 5,000Pa, 10,000Pa.

5. The pipes meet the standard JC/T838, CJ/T3079, as for export, the standard KSM3333 and  

AWWAC950 is adopted.

Characteristics:

Both of our products get certification of KS,ASTM,ISO09001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and CRAA. 

They also meet the "water standard for domestic living" (GB5749-85). No pollution,no 

leakage, high tensile strength,  cost saving, long-term use.
