2X-A series rotary-vane vacuum pump

This series of pump can be directly from the air start pumping, it can be used alone, can also be used as booster pumps, roots pumps, gas circulation cooled roots vacuum pump, oil diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintain the pump, titanium pump vacuum pump. For vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum metallurgy, electron tube, bulb, chemical, packaging, plastic forming, photovoltaic, industrial and mining enterprises of the distillation, drying, freezing, filtering, and vacuum operation.

 

 

 

1,features

A, this pump can be in the range 5-40 DEG C and an air inlet pressure < 1.33× 103Pa conditions, allowing continuous operation;

 

 

B, a gas valve, can be drawn in addition to a small amount of water vapor, prolong the pump oil using time ( except 2X-4A );

C, neon manufacturing special vacuum pump, single crystal, polycrystalline furnace furnace, vacuum laminating machine supporting the operation.

D, can be separately used as low vacuum pump, also in combination with other high vacuum pumps as backing pumps.
